Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing professionals to create and implement marketing strategies and execute within a retail setting.
• Evaluate the consumer basis in a retail setting to determine their level of interest and potential as customers.
• Develop and execute sales to achieve your goals.
• Support various marketing projects and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0-1 year of marketing and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A desire to learn and grow in the marketing and sales field.
• Ability to work in team settings and independently.
