Job Description

Responsibilities

Work closely with Andrea to carry out the vision and reach of her marketing plan
Plan and run promotions and sales
Help run our quarterly Challenge Weeks
Support the podcast — and pitch Andrea to major podcasts as a guest
Build and update sales pages — starting with Andrea's guidance moving code from Claude into WordPress, then doing it on your own
Post YouTube videos, using AI tools for descriptions with Andrea's guidance
Find and manage partnerships
Help implement product and program launches
Use Claude to create emails, pages, and other marketing materials
Use Subscriber Signals to find potential partners and tailor what we send to whom

Requirements

Have a real passion for marketing, creating, and writing
Are very familiar with online marketing (email, launches, sales pages, funnels)
Are very tech savvy — comfortable with WordPress, pasting in and adjusting code, and learning new tools fast
Use AI tools as a coworker, not as your creative brain
Write clean, warm, persuasive copy
Are organized and finish what you start
0–2 years of experience welcome; show us what you've made

Preferred

Bonus: Shopify, Canva, or YouTube experience; a parent or love working with parents
