Responsibilities

• Execute face-to-face donor acquisition campaigns on behalf of our nonprofit partners in local community settings.
• Educate community members on client initiatives and secure sustainable financial commitments through clear, professional communication.
• Meet individual campaign targets and contribute to overall client growth objectives.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of client programs, funding priorities, and campaign metrics.
• Uphold client brand standards and agency integrity in every public interaction.

Requirements

• No prior experience required — complete training in campaign management and donor acquisition is provided.
• Strong verbal communication, public presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort initiating professional conversations in community settings.
• Goal-oriented, resilient mindset comfortable in a performance-based earning structure.
