Support and optimize paid search campaigns while delivering clear KPI reporting and cross-account coordination to drive client ROI.

Job Description

Campaign Support: Assist in the strategy, creation, and planning of Google/Bing paid search and shopping campaigns. Budget Monitoring: Help monitor campaign pacing to ensure client ad budgets are utilized efficiently. Reporting & Analytics: Assist in building and interpreting reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) for internal teams and external stakeholders. Client Success: Support the team in preparing recommendations to drive customer ROI and occasionally join client calls to learn how to manage expectations and report progress. Account Coordination: Help manage tasks across multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Educational Focus: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Foundational Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem (Search and Shopping). Certifications are a major plus. Experience: 0–1 years of digital marketing experience (prior internships, freelance projects, or intensive coursework). AI Savvy: Proven curiosity or examples of using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to improve your workflow or academic outcomes. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills—you can take complex data and make it understandable. Precision: Strong copywriting skills and an eagle eye for grammar. Drive: A self-starter who is motivated by challenges and comfortable in a fast-paced, "fail-fast" environment. AI Fluency & Modern Tooling: Using AI tools responsibly to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving. Data privacy and ethics: Exercising strong judgment around data privacy, accuracy, and ethical use. Adaptability: Continuously learning and adapting as AI capabilities evolve. Proven examples of using AI to improve outcomes in prior roles is expected. Certifications are a major plus. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Interest in AI-driven marketing.
