Responsibilities

• Support TikTok Shop US marketing activities, including major promotions, brand campaigns, and category campaigns.
• Campaign strategy design, project timeline management, resource coordination and implementation, product tracking, merchant performance analysis, and post-campaign reviews.
• Participate in business planning and target tracking. Through data analysis and merchant/influencer research, continuously monitor operational performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Contribute to campaign marketing design, including campaign mechanics, industry and merchant communications, and operational support for other campaign segments.
• Support cross-team collaboration on key business projects, coordinating with Product, Category Operations, DA, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Strong data skills: Excel, SQL, Hive, etc.
• Previous internships in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or marketing.
• Able to work in English; internship must be at least 3 months.
