Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients understand their insurance options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring they have the coverage necessary to protect their assets and loved ones.

Duties

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Provide support in sales administration tasks, including processing applications and managing client records.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
• Utilize marketing techniques to reach potential customers and generate leads.
• Analyze client feedback and market trends to improve service delivery.

• Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively close deals.
