Drive growth by managing producer relationships and expanding distribution for Aegis as an Inside Marketing Representative (remote).

• Own outbound prospecting, partner onboarding, and activation to grow distribution.
• Promote Aegis products and brand awareness and collaborate internally to support growth initiatives.
• Gather market and competitor insights and support partner onboarding, training and activation.
• Assist with digital marketing, email management, and social media and occasional travel for events.
• Manage and grow producer relationships in target states and conduct outbound calls to new and existing partners.
• Promote Aegis products and brand awareness.
• Collaborate internally to support growth initiatives.
• Gather market and competitor insights.
• Support partner onboarding, training and activation.
• Assist with digital marketing, email management, and social media.

• Must-have: 3+ years in insurance sales/service or B2B account management.
• Must-have: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel frequently / attend business-related events outside usual business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, risk management, or similar major preferred
• P&C insurance producer license, CPCU, CIC or other relevant industry designations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 3+ years’ experience in insurance sales/service or business-to-business account management preferred
