The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Talent Manager to support the growth of our creator roster and assist in building brand partnerships. This role is focused on outreach, relationship-building, and learning the fundamentals of talent management within a fast-moving agency environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with talent
• Assist in onboarding new creators to the agency
• Support brand partnerships, outreach, and coordination
• Track outreach, responses, and talent pipeline activity
• Stay on top of creator trends and emerging talent

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, talent management, or the creator economy
• Strong communication skills
• High level of ownership and initiative
• Ability to operate without constant direction
• Organized and detail-oriented with follow-through
• Self-starter who can operate independently
• Current college student or college graduate

Bonus

• Previous experience in influencer marketing, outreach, talent management, or brand partnerships
• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
