Talent Acquisition: Scout and recruit emerging creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms in key markets.
Campaign Orchestration: Drive end-to-end collaboration between talent and brands to ensure smooth activation and successful partnerships.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong influencer relationships and support campaign delivery from start to finish.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Discover New Talent Find and recruit emerging influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms in the UK & US markets.
Sales & Recruitment Conduct outreach and onboarding calls with creators interested in joining Stride Social.
Talent Management Build strong relationships with influencers and support them throughout campaigns and partnerships.
Campaign Coordination Manage collaborations between creators and brands to ensure campaigns run smoothly and successfully.
Brand Outreach Connect directly with brands you believe align with your talent roster and help secure paid campaigns.
Team Collaboration Work closely with our team through weekly strategy meetings every Monday & Friday.
