Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to influencer marketing plans that align with client goals, audience strategy, and campaign success metrics.
  • Partner with internal strategy, creative, legal, and finance teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and align with overall client strategy and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with and guide Influencer Relations Coordinator(s) to vet, recommend, and approve mission-aligned creators based on authenticity, audience quality, brand-safety considerations, and overall campaign fit.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across multiple client accounts, managing timelines, creator communications, deliverables, and client updates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead creator sourcing and relationship management, including vetting mission-aligned influencers, overseeing outreach, negotiation, and contracting, and building long-term relationships with creators and their representatives.
  • Review and approve influencer content to ensure all contracted deliverables are posted on schedule, comply with platform and FTC guidelines, and campaign requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and identify opportunities to optimize creator participation, posting schedules, or content strategy.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate insights into clear client-ready reports and presentations with performance analysis, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer talent management, campaign design, or campaign execution, either through a marketing agency or a corporate brand.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
  • Must be able to multitask and able to consistently manage 3+ projects at a time.
  • Must be comfortable working for an agency.
  • Creative problem-solver and proactive team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
