Responsibilities

Lead the execution of influencer campaigns from initial planning through completion, ensuring campaigns stay on schedule and meet established objectives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for creators throughout the partnership process, helping ensure a seamless and positive partnership experience.
Help identify opportunities to extend the value of influencer content across organic social, paid media, email, web, and other brand-owned channels.
Support the execution of larger-scale campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives, events, and brand activations.
Own day-to-day execution of creator and influencer programs including creator relationships, campaign workflows, contracts, affiliate links, gifting, and reporting.
Help maintain accurate and organized creator records, campaign documentation and performance data.
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements to help streamline and scale the influencer program.
Assist in developing and maintaining processes, templates, brand guidelines, and best practices for the partnerships team.
Oversee campaign budgets, expenses, gifting, and product allocation, ensuring resources are used effectively and accurately tracked.
Help ensure creator agreements, usage rights, deliverables, and other partnership details are accurately documented and tracked.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or a related field.
Experience independently managing influencer or creator campaigns from outreach through execution and reporting.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience working directly with influencers, talent managers, agents, and/or external partners.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and the broader creator economy.
Familiarity with YouTube and long-form creator partnerships is a plus.
Experience working with influencer marketing platforms; experience with Aspire is preferred.
Experience in the parenting, family, baby, health, wellness, home, lifestyle, or sustainability space is a plus.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing best practices, content usage rights, FTC disclosure requirements, and affiliate marketing.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn campaign performance into actionable insights.
