Job Summary

Own and run the end-to-end influencer and creator program for Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light, handling sourcing, contracting, briefs, approvals, budgeting, and performance measurement across brand partnerships.

  • Lead creator sourcing, vetting, and relationship management
  • Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams to integrate creator content into brand voice
  • Track ROI and ensure regulatory compliance across partnerships

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the annual influencer and creator plan for both Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light, with clear roles, audience targets, and success metrics for each brand.
  • Source, vet, negotiate, contract, brief, and manage creators across tiers — from local scene-makers and micro-creators to established talent — keeping a live, refreshed roster rather than a one-off list.
  • Work with agency partners to unlock earned media opportunities relative to the partnerships in your scope.
  • Own creator briefs and content approvals end to end, protecting brand voice while leaving creators enough room to make things that actually perform.
  • Manage product seeding, gifting, and merch drops to creators and partners, including logistics, tracking, and follow-through on coverage.
  • Coordinate with the social team on content calendars, paid amplification, allowlisting/whitelisting, and community response so creator work lands as part of the brand's voice, not next to it.
  • Manage and nurture the partnerships that make Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Brewing Co brands leading in-culture beverage brands, with a specific focus on the creator layer that brings those partnerships to life
  • Help enlist and manage partnerships that increase brand awareness through reach, relevance, retention and revenue.
  • Vet potential creator and partnership opportunities using sound criteria including relevance, reach, cost, practicality, and return on investment. Present vetted opportunities in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support creator presence and content capture at experiential activations — music festivals, trade shows, and related partner events.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years in brand marketing and partnerships.
  • Experience running paid and organic creator programs end to end — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, approving, and measuring.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a creator program from scratch and keep it running — not just execute someone else's brief.
  • A deep, current understanding of internet and youth culture: who is interesting right now, why, and how quickly that changes.
  • Strong negotiation instincts and comfort talking rates, usage, exclusivity, and deliverables directly with talent and managers.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, and project management skills.
  • An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
  • Sharp taste and judgment about content quality, brand fit, and reputational risk in a category where a bad partner is a real liability.
  • Willingness to test and learn, and respectfully push boundaries.
  • Ability to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with influencer management and social listening platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Tagger, Sprout Social, Dash Hudson) preferred.
