Responsibilities

• Creator Recruitment
• Source creators across Instagram, TikTok, and UGC platforms
• Conduct personalized Instagram DM and email outreach
• Maintain creator databases and outreach lists
• Creator Operations
• Support creators throughout onboarding and campaigns
• Manage affiliate onboarding, creator communication, and product samples
• Keep creator pipelines organized
• Campaign Management
• Turn scripts into creator briefs

Requirements

• Open to undergraduate seniors only
• Must-Haves
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong understanding of creators and social media
• Self-starter who enjoys solving problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup

Preferred

• Experience with influencer marketing, creator outreach, affiliate programs, UGC campaigns, or tools such as Notion, Slack, ManyChat, Refunnel, Trybe, Backstage, or similar CRM/project management software.
