Role Description

As an Influencer Manager, you will play a key role in managing relationships between creators and brands, ensuring successful collaborations. Your responsibilities will include identifying and recruiting top-tier influencers, negotiating contracts, strategizing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. You will act as a primary point of contact for creators, providing them with guidance and support to achieve their goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Petersburg, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creative branding or Sales commission role background is mandatory
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in campaign management, analytics, and performance tracking
• Understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and industry trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous exposure to brand-influencer collaborations is a plus
