Job Description
Responsibilities
- Curate influencer lists matching client parameters for location, niche, budget, etc.
- Reach out to influencers and balance communication at various stages in the influencer funnel
- Create contracts and manage negotiation, signing, and payment
- Review content for creative brief alignment and give relevant feedback
- Track posting, repurposing rights, and overall success metrics of each partnership
- Collaborate with SMMs to plan for iPhone shoots by purchasing props, gathering client product, setting up lighting, and participating on camera
- Work closely with the CEO/Founder to craft the MALC/SALC social strategies from ideation to content creation to posting
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience working in influencer marketing and/or social media management
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, PR, Communications, or a related field
- Have an eye for filming reels and TikToks on iPhone with the lighting, props, and angles needed to create the perfect final product
- Enjoy being on-camera filming lip-sync trends to product unboxings
- Have a talent for video editing for social media
- Are ready to ideate, film, and edit content in the brand voices for the company and sister company Instagrams and TikTok (Media A La Carte Instagram + TikTok and Studio A La Carte Instagram)
- Have a true passion for influencer marketing and get excited about the idea of finding the perfect partnerships and carrying them out from contract to post to payment
- Can easily maintain the influencer expectations and guidelines of multiple brands at a time and adhere to internal and external deadlines
- Have an ability to write grammatically correct, professional yet warm emails with a detail oriented eye
