Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research active influencers partnerships and locate contacts via Airtable, LinkedIn & Apollo, etc.
  • Support senior team in vetting potential new talent for roster
  • Create monthly newsletter with industry news/trends and company-wide updates and initiatives
  • Monitor influencer marketing landscape and seek out paid partnership opportunities for clients
  • Research and create educational and insightful content for Instagram In-Feed and Story posts and schedule content accordingly
  • Create post for LinkedIn with content on recent press and campaign features/highlights
  • Occasionally update website and marketing materials
  • Update master talent categories and follow growth for creator roster
  • Buildout monthly newsletter on floadesk
  • Knowledgeable with Canva

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in school and obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, PR and/or Communication-related education
  • Must be able to receive school credit
  • Can work around 20 hours a week from June First until the end of August
  • Interest in influencer marketing, talent management, digital media, and online branding
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask
  • Ability to demonstrate effective & professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changes and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong MS Office & Google Workspace skills
