Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive growth and pipeline across all Hospitality Cloud segments, in close partnership with demand generation, sales, account management, and client success.
  • Own segment storytelling and positioning for Hospitality Cloud – clearly articulating Cvent’s differentiated value for hotels, venues, chains, and partners, and tailoring messaging to priority personas across the buying committee.
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, ABM, and more) that generate demand and expand Cvent’s footprint across HC accounts and segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, demand generation, sales, client success, and partner teams to ensure programs are aligned to business objectives, customer insights, and industry trends.
  • Localize and adapt messaging and content to address segment-specific challenges and opportunities (e.g., independents vs. chains, global vs. regional, property-level vs. corporate-level stakeholders).
  • Identify and activate key industry partners and associations in the hospitality space to amplify Cvent’s presence, thought leadership, and influence across HC audiences.
  • Support and execute Cvent-hosted and third-party events (webinars, conferences, trade shows, roundtables, and partner events) that drive engagement, lead generation, and expansion within HC segments.
  • Partner with demand generation to track and analyze performance (lead and pipeline contribution, segment performance, and ROI) and use insights to inform optimization and future investments.
  • Stay current on hospitality industry trends and competitive dynamics – including distribution, group and transient business, meetings and events, and technology adoption – to inform strategy and maintain Cvent’s leadership position.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on product, segment, or industry marketing; experience in hospitality, travel, or related technology strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results (pipeline, bookings, and revenue).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality buyer journeys and personas (e.g., sales, revenue management, marketing, operations, corporate decision-makers) and how to tailor messaging and content to each.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo or similar) and using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, able to connect industry trends and customer needs to Cvent’s Hospitality Cloud solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or professional marketing qualifications a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
