Job Summary

Own the in-store shopper experience for HVAC options, turning inquiries into booked in-home consultations and presenting the brand with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities: Shopper engagement to explain Heating & Cooling options, appointment setting for in-home consultations, and professional representation of the company.
Audience & Channels: Homeowners visiting the location or showroom, with scheduling handled on-site or by phone.
Measurement & Tools: Track appointments scheduled and completed, maintain a friendly customer flow, and uphold brand standards at point of contact.
