Responsibilities

• Represent the Callen brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at retail locations, home shows, and community events.
• Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about window, door, kitchen, and bath remodeling opportunities.
• Identify homeowners who may be interested in future home improvement projects.
• Collect contact information from interested homeowners so our Customer Experience team can follow up and schedule design consultations.
• Create a welcoming and energetic booth presence that reflects the quality and professionalism of the Callen brand.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including organizing booth displays and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in active retail or event environments
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Customer service, retail, promotions, or sales experience preferred (comprehensive training provided)
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check with a seven-year lookback period

Preferred

• Experience in events, retail promotions, hospitality, fitness, or other customer-facing roles
