Job Summary

Own local lead generation and product education at retail, hitting targets while autonomously running in-store demonstrations during weekend shifts.

Demand Generation: Generate high quality leads and exceed targets through in-store engagement.
In-Store Activation: Educate customers with high energy product demos and lively engagement.
Field Autonomy: Work with minimal supervision while keeping the Retail Event Marketing Manager informed and meeting performance goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers
Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager
Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
Work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
Meet predetermined performance goals
Generate high quality leads for our industry leading products

Requirements

Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Attention to detail and punctual
Smartphone required
Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product
High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
