Responsibilities

• Hosting in-store pop-ups, vendor days, and brand activations at dispensaries across Arizona
• Educating customers and budtenders on our products, benefits, and brand story
• Creating excitement around product launches, promotions, and new releases
• Driving product sell-through by confidently guiding customers toward purchasing decisions
• Building strong relationships with budtenders, store managers, and retail staff
• Setting up and maintaining professional brand displays and promotional materials
• Supporting larger brand activations, community events, and marketing initiatives
• Tracking engagement, customer feedback, and retail insights to report back to leadership
• You’ll act as the face and voice of our brands in the retail environment, helping turn awareness into demand

Requirements

• Experience in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, retail sales, promotions, or experiential marketing
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
• The ability to educate customers while naturally guiding them toward a purchase
• Confidence working independently in busy retail environments
• Strong organization and reliability when managing multiple store activations
• Flexibility to travel between dispensaries and work evenings or weekends when needed

Preferred

• Experience in cannabis, beverage, lifestyle, or regulated consumer products
• Familiarity with the Arizona dispensary landscape
• Experience running retail pop-ups or vendor day events
• A track record of driving sales during in-store promotions
