Responsibilities

Develop and execute community outreach strategies to increase awareness of home care services among healthcare professionals, patients, and community organizations
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, physicians, and social workers
Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home care solutions to prospective clients and healthcare partners
Manage territory effectively by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships through proactive engagement
Negotiate service agreements and close deals by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or medical/pharmaceutical equipment technical sales with a focus on relationship building
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships
Excellent communication skills for effective client communication, product demos, and team collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing contacts and sales pipelines
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage a territory independently and meet or exceed sales goals
Organizational skills for planning outreach activities and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Analysis skills to assess market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning effectively
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships in a healthcare setting

Preferred

Field sales experience within medical or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
