Responsibilities

• You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire at Elite Sedation, which means you'll have real ownership from day one — no red tape, no waiting on five layers of approval to post, test, or try something new. Working directly with the partners.
• Twelve months in, you'll have built a consistent social presence across every major platform, a referring-office email program that actually gets opened, a conference playbook the team can run every time, and in-person relationships with referring offices that translate directly into new business.

Requirements

• Experience running social media accounts for a business, with content you can point to and results you can talk through
• Experience with email marketing platforms and building campaigns end-to-end
• Comfortable being the face of the company in person — you'll be visiting dental offices regularly to build and maintain referral relationships
• Strong writing and content creation skills — you can write a brochure, a caption, and a follow-up email with the same care
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local office visits and events

Preferred

• Experience marketing to or within a healthcare, dental, or medical practice environment
• Experience planning or staffing a trade show or conference booth
• Familiarity with paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Video editing skills for YouTube and short-form content
