Responsibilities\n\n- To procure bookings for timeshare sales presentations.\n- To conduct face-to-face marketing presentations sharing the benefits of attending a vacation ownership sales presentation.\n- Responsible for calling assigned leads (pre arrivals) for the purpose of scheduling In-house/ FL Tours.\n- Calling In House Guests for the purpose of scheduling In-house/FL Tours.\n- To pro-actively pursues eligible guests on-site to preview through direct purchase of a mini-vacation package.\n- To complete required paperwork and data-entry accurately and completely for each package sale.\n- To provides location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific resort information.\n- To assist booking guests for shows to executing marketing strategies while providing excellent service.\n- To complete a spectrum of responsibilities assigned by manager.\n- To ensure the marketing process is adhered to once the initial training is complete.\n\nRequirements\n\n- Possess excellent customer-relations skills.\n- Superb organizational skills.\n- Knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.\n- Able to project a positive attitude and image at all times.\n- Flexible with schedule and work time.\n- Possess proficient knowledge of computer programs, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\n- Assist resort guests with entertainment needs such as shows, adventure tours, dining information, transportation, etc.\n- Develop product knowledge and show a learning aptitude to improve your performance.\n- Reviews package & tour information with guests if needed.\n- Position requires a Timeshare Sales Marketing Agent License or ability to get one.
