Edit short-form video clips, graphics, reels, and promotional assets using podcast content.
Write compelling captions, calls-to-action, and social copy that aligns with each client's voice.
Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Capture behind-the-scenes content during podcast productions and on-location shoots.
Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for continued growth.
Collaborate closely with the producer and clients to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube.
Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Organized with a strong understanding of branding and aesthetics.
Reliable transportation for occasional production days throughout the Los Angeles area.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and audience growth.
Positive attitude, professionalism, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Experience creating content for brands, podcasts, or personal businesses.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience with podcast or digital media production.
