Responsibilities

Translate business and marketing strategies into detailed campaign data specifications, defining targeting criteria, audience selection logic, campaign parameters, and execution requirements while ensuring successful navigation through Compliance and governance approvals.
Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing data assets, leveraging analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, and Databricks to conduct complex data analysis, validate targeting strategies, and support campaign execution.
Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, including Audience Creation, Data 360 Queries, Query Editor, Data Transforms, Activations, and segmentation tools to develop and deploy targeted customer audiences.
Conduct advanced customer, campaign, and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and drive business results.
Partner with Marketing Planners, Business Line stakeholders, Compliance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of customer communications and marketing campaigns.
Continuously evaluate and improve audience targeting methodologies, segmentation approaches, and data processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and campaign performance.
This role will be in office no less than 4 days per week

Requirements

Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience, or
5+ year of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted

Preferred

Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns with Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud
Actual hands-on experience in creating audiences in Data Cloud and activating them
In-depth hands-on experience with data analysis in a database environment using SAS, SQL, Python or R in formulating relevant and meaningful data analysis
Experience in leveraging marketing segmentation techniques using customer and prospect data for targeting campaigns
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and influence marketing strategy
