Responsibilities

• Implement the Global Marketing Plan in the US - Own the US rollout of NewGen’s global marketing plan, adapting global campaigns, messaging and priorities for a US audience while keeping the brand consistent across markets.
• Partner with the Marketing Director, UK - Work closely with your line manager to set US marketing priorities, agree plans and budgets, and share market insight, competitor activity and opportunities that should shape the global plan. Expect regular check-ins across time zones and a high degree of autonomy day to day.
• Reporting and Measurement - Track and report on US marketing performance against the KPIs set in the global plan, flagging what’s working, what isn’t, and where we should double down.
• Coordinate with our PR Firm - Collaborate with our external PR agency to align media and press strategies with the agency’s U.S. marketing objectives and the wider global narrative.
• Marketing Support - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the US business, ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns and channels, as well as supporting UK-led marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Director and wider UK marketing team.
• Event Planning - Support the organization and promotion of industry events, client engagements, and speaking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Support the organization and planning of owned events, including breakfasts and dinners, with the goal of engaging prospective clients.
• Business Development Research - Support the business development team by identifying B2B leads and growth opportunities that align with the agency’s target brands and industries.
• Internal Collaboration - Work closely with US and UK based stakeholders to ensure marketing activities support creative output and business development strategy, acting as the bridge between US leadership and the global marketing function.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in a marketing, events or PR function
• Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and creator culture
• Experience in working with social first clients and teams
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and its creators is a plus, reflecting our heritage and strength in this space
• Experience working in fast-paced, agency environments
• Ability to translate creative ideas into measurable business results
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and content strategy
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable using project management tools
