Job Description

Responsibilities

Measurement Strategy & Analytics: Partner with clients and internal teams to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
Serve as a strategic analytics lead across marketing, media, website, and customer experience initiatives.
Translate business questions into analytical approaches that deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
Support Test & Learn initiatives, including hypothesis development, test design, and performance evaluation.
Reporting, Dashboards & Insights: Lead development and ongoing enhancement of reporting solutions, scorecards, and dashboards.
Gather business requirements and partner with visualization and engineering teams to build scalable reporting capabilities.
Analyze campaign, website, and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories for clients and stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Quality & Measurement Operations: Partner with data engineering, media, and platform teams to support data integrations, reporting automation, and measurement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio .
Experience partnering with data engineering teams on reporting, automation, or data integration initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with digital analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics (preferred) and/or Google Analytics.
Familiarity with CM360, DV360, ad serving technologies, and digital media measurement.
Experience developing recurring performance reports, executive scorecards, and dashboard solutions.
Understanding of data governance, taxonomy management, and data quality best practices.
Experience supporting website analytics and customer journey measurement.

Preferred

Experience with testing methodologies, A/B testing, or Test & Learn programs is a plus.
