Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand Management - Play an active role in the planning and execution of integrated U.S. marketing campaigns, overseeing budget allocation and tracking while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and effectively drive consumer demand and sell-through. - Actively contribute to the development and refinement of line architecture and pricing strategy based on internal data, customer needs and US competitive landscape. Maintain internal pricing documents and systems to ensure clear and consistent communication across the sales and marketing organization. - Support US Consensus forecast to ensure they align to total brand financial plans including topline, GM and DC% and roll-up to a profitable P&L in the TLP. Demonstrate an understanding of inventory levels and future forecasts to align to S&OP projections. - Drive the seasonal exclusive program with your market sales and global counterparts ensuring item is included in overall line plan and meets margin expectations. - Support the Sr. leadership to liaise with global team to share a robust go-to-market strategy across the full 360 asset wheel, driving the consumer path-to-purchase. - Support licensed brand growth by managing day-to-day licensor communications, coordinating marketing requests, approvals and campaign plans, tracking minimum spend commitments against forecasts, analyzing POS performance, preparing forecast reports, and developing QBR presentations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional working experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have experience in marketing or marketing-related function, ideally within a kid-targeted category like toys, entertainment, food, sports, video games, or another type of Consumer Packaged Good (CPG) product or brand.
