Responsibilities

• Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, properties, lists, reports, and automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, Data, and Commerce Hubs
• Manage onboarding projects (white-glove and consultative) from kickoff through launch
• Maintain CRM hygiene, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and pipeline structure
• Ensure accurate attribution and revenue reporting inside HubSpot
• Monitor portal health and proactively resolve system issues
• Implement Supered for clients to enable adoption in both white-glove and consultative approaches
• Translate business goals into practical HubSpot builds and process improvements
• Improve lead routing, follow-up automation, lifecycle progression, and handoffs between teams
• Support reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue tracking
• Connect marketing, sales, and service workflows so data flows cleanly between teams

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Experience across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub required
• Agency or consulting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of:
• Lead lifecycle management
• Pipeline stages and deal management
• Reporting dashboards and attribution
• CRM data structure and hygiene
• Comfortable running client-facing calls focused on implementation
