Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot and Aloware administration
- Manage workflows, automation, lists and integrations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and organization
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture sequences, and sales funnels
- Launch and support new marketing campaigns
- Continuously test and improve conversion performance
- Create and maintain sales and marketing dashboards
- Track KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Monitor lead flow, pipeline performance, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
