Job Description

About Havenly

At Havenly Brands, we’re building this generation’s premier destination for all things home. Alongside our award winning Havenly design services, we proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, The Expert, and St.Frank. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!
Havenly is not just the #1 residential interior design service in America - we're architecting the future of how millions design their homes. With our proprietary 3D visualization technology, our worldwide network of designers empowered with AI tools, and our revolutionary customer-facing AI design assistant, we're at the inflection point of a massive market transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help build the category-defining business at the intersection of AI, design, and commerce.
Our Core Values
  • Exhibit Gumption: meet every challenge with spirit and energy; believe the impossible is possible.
  • Overperform: work hard, move fast, be scrappy.
  • Stay Playful: no jerks, no whiners; have fun and keep perspective.
  • Act Like an Owner: be accountable, speak up, act in Havenly's best interest.

About the Role

We're hiring a HubSpot Operations Manager to own the health and strategy of our HubSpot ecosystem across multiple brands: a system owner role, not a ticket queue, working on-site in Denver alongside the sales, retail, and marketing teams who rely on HubSpot every day. HubSpot is how our sales teams and Design Experts reach every customer, whether they come to us through a swatch order, a studio walk-in or appointment, a phone call, or a chat, and parts of it are broken in ways that quietly cost us revenue. Great in this role means you find what's broken before the business feels it, fix it at the root, and build the routing, sequences, and customer communications that turn every entry point into a sale.
What You'll Own
  • Finding and fixing what's broken. Run proactive audits of workflows, sequences, enrollment triggers, deal stages, and integrations. Trace every issue to its root cause and fix it so it stays fixed: triggers that silently skip returning contacts, duplicate or merged records that double count, automated replies that create junk deals, and syncs that quietly stop.
  • Multi-brand HubSpot architecture. Manage HubSpot for multiple brands, some sharing one account and others running on their own. Own the rules that keep brands cleanly separated inside a shared portal (teams, owners, properties, pipelines, subscription types, contact ownership) and consistent across portals, so every brand's reporting and outreach is accurate.
  • Data quality and governance. Property definitions, naming conventions, deduplication, and owner and team assignment, so the numbers our teams are paid and managed on can be trusted.
  • First-line HubSpot support. Same-day responses to requests from sales, retail, and marketing teams. Document fixes and train teams so the same issue doesn't come back.
  • Integrations and reliability. Maintain and QA integrations with Dialpad, Magento, our data warehouse, and other systems, and catch sync issues before they reach reporting.
What You'll Drive
  • Entry point strategy. Design how we handle customers based on how they first reach us: swatch order, walk-in or booked studio appointment, inbound call, chat or text, trade sign-up, or web form. Define the routing, ownership, lifecycle stage, and follow-up for each, and make sure a customer who comes through more than one door gets one coherent experience instead of duplicate outreach or none at all.
  • Sequences and customer communications. Build, QA, and continuously improve the sequences and automated communications across the customer journey: new leads, swatch follow-up, post-appointment, quotes, sale events, re-engagement, and post-purchase. Balance standardized programs with rep-owned outreach, and enforce send limits, marketing contact status, and suppression rules so the right customer gets the right message.
  • Performance monitoring. Monitor sequence, workflow, and sales activity performance, and build dashboards for enrollment, reply and conversion rates, and pipeline visibility. Spot drops early and recommend what to change.
  • Continuous improvement. Build and launch new workflows and automation as initiatives evolve, translating business needs into scalable builds with minimal oversight. Keep stakeholders updated on progress, blockers, and completed work without being asked, and stay current on HubSpot releases.

We Are Looking for People Who

  • Have 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including Sales Hub workflows, sequences, custom properties, pipelines, and reporting, with high attention to detail and a real commitment to data accuracy.
  • Have managed HubSpot across multiple brands, business units, or portals (and can explain the tradeoffs of one shared account versus separate accounts), and have designed lead routing and lifecycle logic for customers arriving online, in store, and by phone.
  • Have supported sales teams directly, including pipeline management and deal stage design, and are highly responsive to internal stakeholders.
  • Approach ambiguous problems by figuring out what's broken and acting on it, not waiting to be told what's next.
  • Move fast, take real ownership of outcomes, and hold themselves to a high bar.
  • Collaborate well across teams, with a low-ego, no-drama approach to getting things done.
Bonus points if you also have experience with Marketing Hub, e-commerce or telephony integrations (e.g., Magento, Dialpad), or SQL and data warehouse syncs (e.g., Snowflake, Fivetran).
At Havenly, we're building with AI as part of how we work. We're looking for people who are genuinely curious about AI-assisted tools and eager to adopt them; this is about openness, not existing expertise.

Havenly

Havenly's mission is to build the community power of refugee and immigrant women through job training, education, and organizing.Havenly was founded in 2018 with a mission to break the cycle of marginalization that keeps refugee women in New Haven in poverty and isolation. Our flagship 6-month fellowship is a paid job training program that combines work experience at our restaurant with English, digital and financial literacy, advocacy, food safety classes, and more. But we do more than that - we know that the only lasting, real solution to this problem is building economic and political power together. That is why we are dedicated to creating community, sharing knowledge, and supporting our alumni as they advocate for themselves and their communities. To date, we have graduated over 85 refugee and immigrant women from our program and supported more than 550 family members, generating more than a million dollars in income for refugee families. 80% of our graduates have found employment and the average wage they are earning is $17.50/hour, compared to the $10 per hour wage that refugee women earn on average in the United States. Our impact on economic wellness goes beyond earning a living wage, however. To us at Havenly, a “refugee” includes anyone who has come to the US in search of refuge - whether they are legally defined as a refugee, asylum seeker, remain undocumented, or have a different immigration status. The need for our training and support services for these populations remains as crucial as ever, and that is why we are developing innovative ways to provide people the tools and support to change the material conditions of their own lives.
