Own the HubSpot-powered enrollment engine, shaping configuration, automation, and integrations to streamline frontline outreach and provide leadership-ready visibility into funnel health.
- HubSpot Administration & Optimization: Manage objects, properties, permissions, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, views, and pipelines to fit enrollment workflows.
- Workflow & Engagement: Build automated workflows, sequences, and task queues that minimize manual work and optimize prioritization.
- Lead Routing & Lists: Design lead distribution and prioritization queues to route leads to the right specialist based on priority and workload.
Job Description
Own the HubSpot-powered enrollment engine, shaping configuration, automation, and integrations to streamline frontline outreach and provide leadership-ready visibility into funnel health.
- HubSpot Administration & Optimization: Manage objects, properties, permissions, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, views, and pipelines to fit enrollment workflows.
- Workflow & Engagement: Build automated workflows, sequences, and task queues that minimize manual work and optimize prioritization.
- Lead Routing & Lists: Design lead distribution and prioritization queues to route leads to the right specialist based on priority and workload.
- Integrations & Data Flow: Maintain and improve integrations across the Ceresti stack (website, calendar, email, Teams, and enrollment tools) in collaboration with Engineering and Analytics.
- Calling & Context: Optimize the HubSpot calling integration to surface lead context inside the dialer and capture call activity automatically.
- Enablement & Reporting: Build dashboards, deliver short how-to videos, and create onboarding resources to accelerate ramp and governance.
