Responsibilities

• represent the facility through community involvement and networking
• positively market the facility, create + implement marketing plans to achieve maximum occupancy goals
• meet with prospective residents + families
• follow up with leads + referral sources
• conduct tours of the facility and assist in the coordination of facility events

Requirements

• Min. associate’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications or Related field, preferred
• Long-Term Care experience, a plus but not required to qualify!
• Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design and/or related field
• Experience in company branding, marketing research, digital communications
• Basic computer skills & Excellent communication skills
• Possess (or be in the process of completing) a CIM certification or similar industry certification, preferred
• Education: Associate (Preferred)
• Experience: Marketing, PR, Branding: 1 year (Required)
• long term care/healthcare setting: 1 year (Preferred)
