Responsibilities

• developing and updating the marketing plan, growing and maintaining new/existing accounts, meeting weekly admission targets, coordinating in-services and educational presentations, and evaluating referrals for admission criteria and level of care.
• You will also track referral and admission activity to adjust outreach strategy and maximize referral potential.
• This role partners closely with intake and external providers to ensure appropriate placements and consistent follow-through.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 3–5 years of intake and/or healthcare marketing experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff to support performance expectations and goal attainment
