Job Summary

Build and sustain hospital and community partnerships to connect medically eligible families with no-cost in-home nursing support, while coordinating outreach and referrals that keep the CRM clean and current.

  • Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, and clinics across Georgia.
  • Outreach & Referrals: Represent EMIC at events and drive leads for Georgia Pediatric Program.
  • Education & Access: Inform families and providers about no-cost in-home nursing options and coordinate both virtual and in-person engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, and clinics across Georgia. - Represent EMIC Healthcare at events, pediatric centers, and community programs. - Generate leads and referrals for GAPP services (Georgia Pediatric Program). - Educate families and providers about in-home nursing support that comes at no cost to families. - Coordinate virtual and in-person outreach… roughly 50/50. - Track outreach activity, follow up with referral sources, and keep CRM clean and tidy. Requirements - Healthcare experience is ideal. - Customer-facing experience is a must. Preferred - Nursing or medical students who crave exposure to the administrative heart of healthcare. - Outgoing, polished communicators who never met a stranger. - Organized enough to chase leads and compassionate enough to care deeply. - Anyone driven by purpose, hungry to grow, and eager to build something meaningful. - Willingness to travel 50% (Preferred).
