Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information/education to Healthcare Providers and Community leads regarding Hospice services.
• In conjunction with the VP, prepare a goal directed development plan for the purpose of education and establishing relationships within the Community and to Healthcare providers.
• Build sustainable relationships with targeted referral sources while executing the Company’s selling strategy.
• Maintain current data on market area, competitors, and marketing strategies
• Maintain an organized approach to territory management
• Prepare and conducts in person calls and presentations to potential referral sources
• Participate in weekly development meetings; completes and submits activity reports and documentation to the VP.
• Participate in strategic planning and the analysis for their assigned territory in conjunction with the hospice agency business plan

Requirements

• Must have verifiable 3 years + experience in Hospice Marketing
• Must be able to provide verifiable previous 6 months Hospice Admission numbers
• Must be able to provide a list of currently referring contacts who are willing to vouch for their success
