Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, clinics, discharge planners, and senior care facilities.
• Consistently generate qualified patient referrals for home health services.
• Promote company services through in-person visits, events, and community networking.
• Meet or exceed monthly referral targets.
• Represent the agency professionally and positively in the healthcare community.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in home health marketing (REQUIRED)
• Demonstrated success in generating patient referrals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home health regulations is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
