Job Summary
Own the end-to-end home health referral pipeline by developing relationships, generating referrals, and meeting monthly targets.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, clinics, discharge planners, and senior care facilities.
- Consistently generate qualified patient referrals for home health services.
- Promote company services through in-person visits, events, and community networking.
- Meet or exceed monthly referral targets.
- Represent the agency professionally and positively in the healthcare community.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in home health marketing (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated success in generating patient referrals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and home health regulations is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
