Job Description
Responsibilities
- Market our home care and CDPAP services throughout your assigned community.
- Network with hospitals, physicians' offices, social workers, rehabilitation facilities, senior centers, community organizations, and Medicaid recipients.
- Generate qualified client referrals.
- Attend community events, health fairs, and outreach programs.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships.
- Meet outreach and referral goals.
Preferred
- Sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach experience preferred.
- Home care, Medicaid, or CDPAP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable transportation preferred.
