Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to increase awareness of home care services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community leaders, healthcare professionals, local agencies, and stakeholders through proactive communication and engagement.
• Conduct public speaking engagements, community presentations, and informational sessions to educate audiences about available home care options.
• Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and outreach programs to connect directly with residents and potential clients.
• Collect data on community needs, feedback, and outreach effectiveness to inform strategic planning and service improvements.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams to develop partnerships to drive social media content, marketing materials, and community management initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Oversee volunteer programs and coordinate client communication efforts to ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Monitor outreach budgets, track project progress, and prepare reports on community engagement activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or social services within a healthcare or home care setting is preferred.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with multilingual communities effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills—written and verbal—with a focus on client engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent time management skills to maximize scheduling of events and other meetings across the greater Houston area.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and presentations.
