Job Summary

Own Loop's digital asset communications end-to-end, shaping the narrative and voice, building and moderating a growing community, and transforming technical work into accessible language for a broad audience.

  • Shape and codify Loop's asset narrative and voice across channels
  • Build, govern, and grow a compliant community with clear policies
  • Translate complex digital asset work into accessible content and education

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define how Loop talks about its digital asset work: the narrative, the vocabulary, the boundaries
  • Produce and oversee educational content — explainers, articles, long-form pieces, video
  • Translate technical work from our digital asset team into language a general audience can follow
  • Maintain a consistent voice across every channel
  • Build and run Loop's community presence across the platforms our audience uses
  • Set and enforce community standards, including moderation policy and escalation paths
  • Manage or build out a moderation function as the community grows
  • Run recurring formats such as open sessions, office hours, and community calls
  • Carry community feedback back to internal leadership accurately, including when it is unwelcome
  • Own audience growth targets and the strategy to reach them

Requirements

  • Four or more years in marketing or community leadership, with at least two in digital assets, fintech, or another regulated or high-scrutiny environment
  • Demonstrated experience growing a community you can describe honestly, including what did not work
  • Strong writing — this role is writing-heavy and we will assess it directly
  • Working literacy in digital assets: enough to write accurately about how the technology functions
  • Composure. Communities test people during difficult periods

Preferred

  • Background in a regulated industry where communications went through legal review
  • Experience building a moderation team or community governance structure from nothing
  • Track record in developer-facing, fintech, or gaming communities, all of which transfer well
  • Brand or consumer marketing background before moving into this space

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health insurance: medical, dental, and vision, employer-funded
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Fully remote within the United States, with no relocation or office requirement
  • Annual budget for training, conferences, and industry events
  • Paid time off

Loop It

Founded in February of 2016 and based in Manhattan, New York, Loop is a trusted startup. Each of the team are experts in a previous industry so we have come together to create a super company. We want to have a mix of consumer brand experience, acquisitions and creative from the UK and the US.We found that brands wanted to meet their customers not just get star feedback after an app interaction. We wanted to create something that was the solution, the bridge between technology and a family, or technology and a student or technology and Mrs Maple next door.
