Responsibilities

• Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information on casino amenities, promotions, events, and entertainment.
• Support promotions and events from setup to teardown, ensuring smooth execution of drawings and guest engagement.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the players club system, including member enrollment, account maintenance, and point/coupon/comp redemption.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or ability to pass Basic Skills Assessment.
• One year experience in marketing, sales, guest service, promotions, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with internet research and email.
• Money-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; strong data collection and analytical reasoning.

Preferred

• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
