Job Summary
Own a field-facing marketing role focused on building physician and facility relationships, expanding an assigned territory, and delivering on-site education with measurable progress.
- Account Growth: Maintain and grow the territory’s existing accounts while pursuing new business through clinical relationships with physicians and care facilities.
- Education & Service: Schedule and conduct in-services and sustain high levels of customer service with partners.
- Alignment & Momentum: Engage in weekly BD/Marketing reviews to track goals, strategy, and progress against objectives.
Job Description
- Cold calling leads for new business.
- Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
- Scheduling and conducting educational in-services.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
- Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.
- 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
- Strong account management and people skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.
