Job Summary
Own the field sales and account growth within a defined territory, balance new-business with existing-accounts expansion, and drive education-driven adoption through in-services.
- Field Growth: Own new business development and expand established accounts in the territory.
- Education & Training: Schedule and conduct in-services to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline & Review: Lead weekly Zoom reviews to track BD goals and progress against targets.

Responsibilities
- Cold calling leads for new business.
- Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
- Scheduling and conducting educational in-services.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
- Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.
Requirements
- 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
- Strong account management and people skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.
