Own the field sales and account growth within a defined territory, balance new-business with existing-accounts expansion, and drive education-driven adoption through in-services.

Field Growth: Own new business development and expand established accounts in the territory.
Education & Training: Schedule and conduct in-services to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
Pipeline & Review: Lead weekly Zoom reviews to track BD goals and progress against targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Cold calling leads for new business.
Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
Scheduling and conducting educational in-services.
Providing the highest level of customer service.
Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.

Requirements

3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
Strong account management and people skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.
