Job Summary
Own a field-facing growth and relationship engine that blends new business development, account expansion, and customer education in a large territory.
- Growth & Pipeline: Own cold-calling and lead conversion to build the local pipeline.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow an existing book of business and key facilities.
- Education & Service: Schedule in-services and ensure high level customer service to facilities and patients.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cold calling leads for new business.
- Maintaining and growing the established accounts in the territory.
- Scheduling and conducting educational in-services.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
- Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.
Requirements
- Ideally, potential candidates will have a 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, as they will be working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
- Strong account management and people skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.
