Responsibilities

• Own Creatio CRM: manage Sales, Marketing, Service modules, dashboards, and governance.
• Own Website Portfolio: oversee WordPress/Elementor sites, SEO/AEO, performance, and security.
• Delivery model decisions: execute, delegate, or bring in vendors, and choose tools as needed.
• Creatio CRM: pipeline structure, lead routing, opportunity workflows, and sales-team enablement.
• Marketing: campaigns, segmentation, email automation, and attribution.
• Service: case management configs and customer-success tooling.
• Build and maintain custom apps and integrations inside Creatio; stand up reporting for multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee user access, data hygiene, and CRM governance.
• Website portfolio specifics: roadmap, uptime, performance, patching, plugin management, hosting.
• SEO/AEO and technical standards for speed, accessibility, schema, mobile, and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in web development, CRM administration, or a comparable hands-on technology role.
• Experience managing at least one direct report in tech, marketing ops, or administration.
• Sound judgment on the make/buy/delegate call with a track record of choosing in-house, delegation, or vendors with clear rationale.
• Experience scoping and managing external tech vendors against defined scope and budget.
• Strong CRM background — Creatio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho, or comparable; aptitude to master Creatio.
• Working knowledge of Creatio-adjacent stack — C#, JavaScript, T-SQL/PL-SQL, exposure to WCF, OData, RequireJS.
• Strong API integration experience across REST/OData, OAuth 2.0, forms auth, webhooks, and Postman-based testing with production-grade error handling.
• Proven success with web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, REST APIs.
• Strong WordPress knowledge: theming, plugins, performance, security; hands-on Elementor expertise.
• Practical SEO and AEO experience with rankings and traffic impact.
