Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in person daily — cold walk-ins, scheduled meetings, and follow-ups
• Shoot and produce content on location: short-form video mostly
• Manage and post to social accounts with a consistent publishing rhythm
• Message and connect with local business owners across social platforms and email
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Close deals directly, or warm up and hand off high-value prospects to our owner
• Deliver comprehensive monthly reports covering performance data, engagement, growth, and next-step recommendations
• Track your own activity metrics: visits, conversations, content produced, deals moved

Requirements

• Comfortable walking into a business cold and starting a conversation
• Can shoot and edit scroll stopping content on a phone
• Understands what performs on Instagram and TikTok for local businesses
• Organized enough to run a pipeline and produce clean monthly reports
• Self-directed — you'll manage your own route and schedule
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
