Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by building strategic partnerships, developing early opportunities, and coordinating with Sales to move pilots from concept to signed customers.
- Partnerships & Channel Growth: identify, nurture, and manage platform partners, integrations, and industry relationships to create distributed opportunities.
- Beta Programs & Early Customer Motion: design beta/pilot programs, target initial use cases, and convert pilots into paid customers with Sales alignment.
- Market Engagement & Deal shaping: represent the company across agencies, healthcare, and financial services; support early deal shaping and ensure smooth handoffs to Sales.

Drive revenue growth by building strategic partnerships, developing early opportunities, and coordinating with Sales to move pilots from concept to signed customers.
- Revenue Development: Build pipeline through partnerships, industry relationships, and targeted outreach
- Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partners (platforms, integrations, industry relationships)
- Opportunities & Pipeline: Develop early-stage opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline
- Channel Growth: Support new channels that strengthen overall sales performance
- Partner Contact: Act as a senior point of contact for key partners
- Sales Collaboration & Market Engagement: Work with Head of Sales on opportunities and represent Overtime.ai in market/events
- Sales Cycles: Participate in select sales cycles as needed
- Handoff: Ensure smooth handoff of opportunities to Sales for execution
- Beta Programs: Build and manage beta and pilot programs
- Pilot Conversion: Drive conversion from pilot to paying customer
