Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Take over marketing and find out what's working, what it isn't, and what it really costs
• Build a growth plan by city and channel, with numbers and deadlines, and defend it
• Execute it: launch, test, scale what pays back, kill what doesn't
• Build an AI-first marketing function: AI speeds up creatives, copy, landing pages, analytics and testing, and a small, strong team runs it
• Deliver leads to new service lines from day one of launch
• Lead and grow the existing team: you can hire, replace and bring in contractors as needed

Requirements

• Owned lead volume and cost, and the numbers grew on your watch
• Launched channels from scratch and shut down the ones that didn’t pay back
• Used AI in marketing for real work, with measurable results
• Got results through people and contractors
• Worked across multiple markets or cities at the same time
• Professional working English is required: this is the US market

Preferred

• Big plus: experience in home services or any field-service business
• Google Ads, Local Services Ads, lead aggregators, local SEO
