Responsibilities

Own positioning, messaging and go-to-market programs while remaining a hands-on builder.
Build demand-generation, field marketing and brand programs that drive pipeline.
Turn complex technology into clear narratives for financial-services buyers.
Use frontier AI tools daily to increase the speed and quality of marketing work.
Lead a small team while personally creating content, campaigns and operational processes.

Requirements

8-16 years in B2B marketing, including product marketing manager or director experience.
At least two years at a Series A-D startup where you helped scale the business.
Hands-on positioning, messaging, launches, enablement and demand-generation experience.
Daily, deep use of frontier AI tools such as Claude or Cursor.
Ability to communicate technical products to executive buyers and connect marketing to pipeline.
A bachelor's degree.

Preferred

Voice AI, agentic AI or customer-experience product expertise.
Banking or credit-union industry experience.
